Tim Poole, Chairman

Mr Poole has extensive experience in managing major infrastructure investments. He is a former Managing Director of Hastings Funds Management, where he oversaw a range of infrastructure, high yield securities and private equity investments in Australia and internationally.

He was also responsible for the establishment and ASX listing of the Australian Infrastructure Fund in 1997. Mr Poole held a number of senior positions at Hastings throughout his 13 year career with the Funds Management Company.

Mr Poole is currently a non-executive Director of Newcrest Mining Limited, Lifestyle Communities Limited and Victoria Racing Club Limited. He is also a member of the LEK Consulting Advisory Board and the Investment Committee of AustralianSuper.

Mark Rowsthorn, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Mr Rowsthorn was formerly Executive Director of Toll Holdings Limited where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of all of the Toll Group divisions within Australia, including Patrick and Pacific National. He was responsible for the development of Toll’s strategic direction and the execution of its major business objectives.

He played an instrumental role in identifying and managing Toll’s numerous acquisitions over 20 years including the 2006 acquisition of Patrick Corporation.

Mr Rowsthorn was co-founder of Toll Holdings and assumed the role of Executive Director from the time the company was formed. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the transport industry.

Chris Barlow, Non-Executive Director

Mr Barlow has held a range of senior roles in the transport infrastructure industry for many years. He was the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Australia Pacific Airports Corporation, operator of Melbourne and Launceston Airports, since July 2000.

Mr Barlow has over 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry having joined BAA (formerly British Airports Authority) as an Engineering Project Manager. Since then he has held a number of senior management positions within BAA managing airports overseas and was responsible for the A$1.5 billion business development program of the BAA Group.

Mr Barlow is currently Chairman of Northern Territory Airports Pty Ltd.

Peter George, Non-Executive Director

Mr George is currently the Executive Chairman of Nylex Limited and is an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director specialising in corporate strategy and finance including acquisitions, divestments, company refinancing and turnarounds.

Mr George was Non-Executive Director of PMP Limited from 2002 to 2006 and a Non-Executive Director of Optus Communications from 1994 to 1998. He was the former Managing Director B Digital from 2002 to 2004 and Executive Director, Strategy and Policy for Cable & Wireless Optus Limited from 1998 to 2002.
